Provides effective mold release and helps keep the mold clean and glossy, extending mold life.
Offers dispersion and flow improvement, increasing extrusion speed, and improving surface smoothness.
Helps prevent pre-vulcanization at high temperatures and reduces sticking on rolls.
Maintains rubber product performance while enhancing toughness, strength, and abrasion resistance.
Unlike common plasticizers, it does not adversely affect hardness, tensile strength, elongation, etc., and may improve chemical resistance (acid/alkali, water, oil, oxidation).
Good high-temperature stability; suitable for higher curing temperatures, shorter cure times, and higher-productivity processes.
Non-staining; in typical formulations, even up to 5 PHR, it is less likely to cause blooming.
Recommended processing temperature 180–220 ℃ (heated mold curing). Can reduce cure time by about 30%–60%, depending on conditions.
Synergistic when used with GUM FREE B-52 (膠富麗) or GUM EASY T-78 / T-88 (膠易素).
※ Actual results should be verified by trial based on formulation, equipment, and operating conditions.
Natural Rubber (NR)
Styrene-Butadiene Rubber (SBR)
Butadiene Rubber (BR)
Isoprene Rubber (IR)
Ethylene-Propylene-Diene Rubber (EPDM)
Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene (CSM)

Add together during rubber compounding/mixing.
Depending on mold complexity and release requirements, add 1.5–2.5 phr relative to total rubber.
Adjust by mold contamination level:
・General rubber: 1.0%–2.0% based on raw rubber
・Halogenated rubber (Cl/Br/F): 2.0%–4.0% based on raw rubber
・For CR applications: about 2–5 PHR
