GUM-EASY T78, T88
Carbon Black Dispersion
• Dispersion & Homogenizing Agent
GUM EASY T-78 / T-88 (膠易素) is a dispersion & homogenizing agent for rubber processing.
T-78 is recommended for dark / carbon-black compounds, while T-88 is recommended for light / white-filler compounds, helping improve mixing dispersion and processability.

Provides chemical and physical mastication to improve mixing efficiency, reducing mixing time and power consumption.
Improves compound flow and dispersion, resulting in more uniform mixing, smoother surface, fewer voids, and higher compactness.
Supports development of fully synthetic rubber formulations by enabling higher synthetic rubber and carbon black loading to reduce raw material cost.
Improves compatibility among ingredients and helps reduce blooming.
Enhances calendaring and extrusion performance and lowers Mooney viscosity.
Does not negatively affect Mooney scorch time, cure rate, hardness, modulus, tensile strength, or aging properties; can noticeably improve abrasion resistance.
Widely applicable for tires, belts, hoses, extruded / injection rubber products, foams, and molded rubber goods.
※ Actual results should be verified by trial based on formulation, equipment, and operating conditions.

Add during mixing or when adding compounding ingredients.
Dosage depends on carbon black loading and surface area:
・Use 3.0 ± 1.0% of HAF amount
・Use 2.0 ± 1.0% of SRP amount
Use 0.5%–2.0% based on raw rubber.
For Chloroprene Rubber (CR), use about 1–3 PHR (approximately 2–3× typical dosage depending on formulation).
