Dispersion & homogenizing agent for silica and inorganic-filled rubber compounds; helps prevent early scorch and may help reprocess partially scorched compounds.
Provides color enhancement; suitable for transparent, vivid, and bright-colored rubber products (food-contact, footwear, wire & cable, etc.).
Good compatibility with various rubbers; proper dosage does not harm adhesion or physical properties, and is suitable for peroxide crosslinking systems.
Especially suitable for extrusion / injection processes requiring high processing safety; white, non-toxic, non-staining, and free of vulcanizing sulfur compounds.
Excellent roll-release performance; effective for chlorinated rubber compounds such as Neoprene, and can be used synergistically with MOLD-FREE 935P.
※ Actual results should be verified by trial based on formulation, equipment, and operating conditions.

Determine dosage based on filler loading and surface area:
・Use 4.0 ± 1.0% of silica (white carbon) amount
・Use 1.5 ± 0.5% of clay amount
・Use 1.0 ± 0.5% of calcium carbonate amount
Use 1.0%–2.0% based on raw rubber.
For Chloroprene Rubber (CR), use about 2–4 PHR.
