Overview

Homo Easy M-401 (均易素) is a rubber homogenizing agent designed to reduce differences in polarity and Mooney viscosity between rubbers, enabling more uniform mixing and more stable processing performance.

• Composition: Modified petroleum resin blend

• Appearance: Brownish-yellow dust-free granules

• Odor: None

• Solubility in water: < 20%

• Density: 1.25 ± 0.05

• pH: 8

• Moisture: < 3.5% (as shipped)

• Ash content: < 35%

• Softening point: 80–100 ℃

Recommended Dosage / How to Use

• Add during mixing.

• Recommended dosage: 4–10 PHR, adjusted according to actual formulation needs.

Performance & Applications

• Primarily improves differences in polarity and Mooney viscosity between rubbers to achieve consistent homogenization and stable performance.

• Less likely to interfere with cure rate or vulcanization characteristics.

• Helps shorten mixing time and increase extrusion speed, reducing energy consumption.

• Lower decline in heat aging performance and mechanical properties compared with typical EU / US alternatives.
